The Connecting Team develops events and activities to meet the fellowship needs of the congregation and the surrounding community.
TNT (Thursday Nights Together)
A monthly gathering to share a meal and fellowship at various local restaurants on the third Thursday of the month at 6:30p.m. RSVPs to the church office are appreciated so appropriate reservations can be made.
CRAFTS AND COMPANY
This group meets on the third Monday of each month at 6:30p.m. for a light meal followed by a time of creative crafting. Crafts vary greatly and are led by members of the group. Members of the community are welcome and encouraged to participate in this festive fellowship time. RSVPs should be made to the church office by the prior Thursday to be sure sufficient craft materials are available.
BREATHE
A weekly online fellowship. This group meets on Zoom each Thursday at 7:00p.m. for a devotional time and sharing. Use the Zoom link on our home page.
FIFTH SUNDAY FELLOWSHIP
When there is fifth Sunday in the month, we gather at 9:30a.m. for donuts, coffee and conversation in the fellowship hall.
CONGREGATIONAL MEALS
The Connecting Team coordinates all church lunches and dinners throughout the year to observe special occasions such as Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day and Fourth of July or sometimes just because it’s time for us to get together to share a meal and visit.
SPECIAL ACTIVITIES FOR YOUTH & CHILDREN
This includes such events as Easter egg hunts and fall carnivals and our recent Party in the Parking Lot that provided food, games, fun and karaoke for all church members. Our surrounding community is always welcome at these events.
